Heart healthy : Cashews are lower in fat than most nuts. About 75 % of the fat it contains are monounsaturated fats and this fat is mostly made up of oleic acid. Oleic acid promotes cardiovascular health. It also reduces triglyceride levels . High levels of triglycerides is associated with heart disease. Cashews also contain copper which is a component of most enzymes. It facilitates the utilization of iron and prevents iron deficiency anemia. It contains magnesium which may decrease your blood pressure and prevents heart attacks.

Bone health : Cashew is  loaded with magnesium which is known to  be vital for healthy bones. Magnesium helps give bones their physical structure. It also contains copper which is a component of many enzymes and helps in the development of bones and connective tissues.
